Pregnancy and Webster Technique

Congratulations, you're expecting! Now you are probably wondering what you can do to have the best pregnancy possible for both you and your baby. Chiropractic care can help!

The Webster technique is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment for pregnant mothers. The goal of the adjustment is to reduce the effects of spinal misalignments in the pelvis. In doing so, normal function of the low back and hips is restored, pelvic space is maximized for the growing baby, and nervous system functioning is normalized.

During pregnancy the body is going through a complete metamorphosis-- inside and out! Making sure your nervous system is functioning properly will reduce complications in pregnancy, labor, and post-pardum. Dr. Deborah Marin is certified and has received advanced training in the Webster technique. She would be happy to help you during and after your pregnancy to make it the best experience for you and your baby!

Testimonials

Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

  • "Dr. Joe Snyder is the best! I consider myself a Chiropractic Advocate and I worked for a chiropractor before. So, I believe I have standards that are high and difficult for practitioners to meet. Discover Wellness did well in hiring Dr. Joe. His technique is great, his bedside manner is superb, and his hands are healing. His office is in beautiful Coronado and it is easy to get to with plenty of parking. If you are suffering from any aches or pains, do yourself a favor and visit Dr. Joe. You will not have any regrets. He is now MY chiropractor and all I have to say.... he better not move!!!!"
