Tracy Reid is a licensed Massage Therapist who grew up here in Coronado! Her passion to help those from the local community to maintain a healthy lifestyle is obvious as soon as you meet her. She began working in massage therapy from her desire to help individuals in making daily decisions to remain healthy, and to helping them keep their bodies stress-free and balanced. Through her massage treatments she helps individuals improve flexibility, reduce stress, improve circulation, release knots and tension in specific muscles, lower blood pressure, and she offers advice on techniques you can take home with you, such as stretching and postural support. 

Her massages are customized to your specific needs, utilizing techniques from deep tissue massage, sports massage, reflexology, trigger point, Lomi Lomi, swedish massage, and structural integration. She also works with Dr. Keiser to provide treatments that support your Chiropractic wellness program.

Tracy has enabled patients in Coronado and San Diego to maintain their body's optimal health through her treatments.  You will leave after a session with her feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and on the path to overall wellness.
